FAQ's
How much does a class cost?
Refer to our pricing options. New students, be sure to take
advantage of our introductory offer. Walk-ins are always welcome.
How often should I exercise? If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and
gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per
week. May I bring drinks and food to a class? We recommend that
you bring water in a non-breakable container with a lid to class. Prevent
accidents and spillage by keeping drinks along the perimeter of the room. No
food or gum, please. Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend that you
familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light
(3-5lb.) weights. We have one to six pound weights available for your use.
Do I need special clothes or equipment? Good, rubber-soled aerobic or cross-training
shoes are recommended. Clothing should allow for freedom of movement. Most
people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a T-shirt. Bring along a towel or
exercise mat for the floor work. |
